So, for anyone struggling with the same issue, the solution was: I mistakenly added ALL 50 roles to the account, including"Global Admin". This creates a conflict, as"Global Admin" already contains all roles. So unchecking all 50 roles and only leaving"Global Admin" checked solved the problem. I hope this might help someone.
